Family with kids should consider it
The location is great,, and we had a room with a amazing view of the Haram, I mean,, it was just fine. The housekeeping team was friendly and always kept our room neat,. They had a spacious bathroom with a shower cubicle.
It wasn’t inexpensive,, but for what we got,, it was acceptable.

The hotel was quite close to Al Masjid an Nabawi and having that proximity made it easy to visit for prayers. Although the stay had its ups and downs, the ambiance was nice overall. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the food quality was not great, with many dishes featuring potatoes. On a positive note, the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the areas tidy, despite our room not being cleaned during the stay.

The Standard Twin Room was clean but kinda cramped for 4 nights. The view from the window was nice, but the lighting in the room was pretty dim. I had to ask multiple times for clean towels. The wifi didn't work in the room either, which was annoying. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, and the location is right by the mosque, which was great for prayers!
